DabarObjects Solutions Limited Provides access to this service Free of Charge, You May freely register your business cards and tags.

  1. Terms of Use

    1.1 During the registration of your business card and tags, you are provided with a FREE account code that links you with our SMS platform. This FREE account code is also compatible with the account code given you to if/when YOU have/do subscribed/subscribe via the FREE software available at www.smsspike.com. The account code given to you after your MyBizCards service registration contains 1 FREE SMS credit which may be credited using any of our sales outlets. You hereby agree that interested users in your published services may utilize your credit to perform SMS notification to you in the event they decide to notify you by SMS. This notification action will be accessible to them when they click on the icon representing "Reach Business Via SMS". Such users are not given any information that may facilitate spamming of your contact details.

  2. Use of Services

    2.1. USERS SEARCHING FOR BUSINESS CARDS AND SERVICES

    2.1(a) MyBizCards will provide all businesses registered under the tag you have searched for however MyBizCards may provide preference in the sort order in which the businesses are returned.

    2.1(b) MyBizCards will notify the publisher of the business card on your behalf and will send you the Business card of the Business by SMS. This notification may be done in 2 ways:

    1. By Email; You will be required to provide your Email Address and The Body of the message
    2. By SMS; you will be required to provide your GSM number (080xxxxxxxx or 070xxxxxxxxx acceptable formats) and a 160-character body of the message to use to alert the business card owner. This is done TOLL-FREE at the expense of the Business Card Publisher. In an event where the Business Card Publisher has not credited their SMS account, you may not be able to perform such notifications.

    2.1(c) Email delivery is FREE. SMS is delivered FREE provided the publisher of the business card has funded his/her SMS account.

    2.2. USERS PUBLISHING BUSINESS CARDS AND TAGS

    2.2(a) MyBizCards will FREELY provide your business card to users searching your tags however it may return your card in any order if more than one (1) card is registered using your chosen tag or sets of tags, Users searching your tags may only reach you via 3 means:

    1. By Email; Notifications from interested users is delivered FREELY to your inbox with the contain info they have provided.
    2. By SMS; Notifications from interested users is delivered at the rate of 4Naira per SMS via your previously registered Account Code. SMS notification is only delivered to your mobile provided you have previously credited your SMS Account credits using your Account Info sent to your mobile at registration with this service or at registration via SMS Spike Service located at (www.smsspike.com).
    3. By Website; they are directed to the website address you have provided during your registration.

  3. Removal

    3.1. MyBizCards has the right to remove a card from its database if reports and investigation indicates the business as fraud or trickery or the registrar's intent is to violate the platform in any form.

    3.2. MyBizCards has the right to remove and block you from its database if you provide tags that are adult in nature with intent to corrupt the use of the platform.

  4. Privacy

    4.1. MyBizCards does not exchange your provided credentials under any circumstance with any third party without your prior permission except to the interested client through your Business card discovery via a search; During a search on your tag, if your card is found, only your Name, Address , State of Operation and Website are available in the search display, Your GSM no and Email Address are hidden from public but sent to the interested client. Therefore by signing up with MyBizKards.com, you give us the express permission to send your business card info to the interested client

    4.2 MyBizCards does not keep a log or report of the type of message sent from potential users to your registered business contact.

  5. Disclaimer

    5.1 We disclaim any link between any spammer and our platform as details required to SPAM are not publicly provided.

    5.2 MyBizCards disclaims any knowledge or link of any potential fraudulent business that may be operated via MyBizCards Platform

  7. Liability

    7.1 MyBizCards has to right to take legal action against you if your registered business card is fraudulent.

    7.2 MyBizCards may provide your business card information to the Economic Financial Crimes Commission, Nigeria (EFCC) in an event where you utilize this platform to defraud interested subscribers to your services via this platform.

    7.3 These terms shall be governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
